MAHA Return Policy
Due to the hand made, craftsmanship and fresh nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for the reasons of general dissatisfaction, and/or on used products. We offer detailed descriptions of our products and provide a list of ingredients and instructions for the proper use of each product. Have Sensitive Skin? If you have sensitive skin, and would like to try one of our products, please connect with us prior to ordering to discuss your skin’s needs and beauty ritual with a consultation. After your consultation, we’ll be happy to include samples of any product with your order(s) at your request.
Damaged Products
We take special care to ensure our products are carefully protected and packaged before shipping. In the rare case something arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to replace or refund your original purchase within 24hrs of delivery. Please send us a detailed e-mail, and images of the damaged or defective product to hello@mahaskintherapy.com – no returns or refunds will be permitted after the 24hr delivery date.
